  • We do not guarantee specific results (followers, views, revenue)
  • Performance depends on multiple external factors (platform algorithms, niche, market conditions)

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • You own the AI influencer account
  • You own the content created for your project
  • You own associated assets (funnels, automation systems)

However:

  • We retain rights to underlying systems, frameworks, and methodologies
  • We may use anonymized results for marketing purposes

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Fraud, scams, or misleading claims
  • Harmful, abusive, or defamatory content
  • Violating platform policies (e.g., Instagram, TikTok)

Violation may result in termination of services.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may integrate with platforms such as:

  • Social media networks
  • Messaging automation tools
  • Funnel or CRM systems

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages
  • Account bans or restrictions
